Job Summary
Develop a comprehensive UX/UI design strategy for the Dayton Lamina brands, optimizing existing user interface designs. Develop, implement, track and optimize our company website(s) and other customer facing digital tools and systems for customers and distributors. Collaborate with marketing, product management and IT to support sales initiatives through marketing campaigns, improved functionality and sales efforts. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
This position will own the CRM environment (Salesforce) by developing, managing a companywide strategy, gather feedback & needs from departments, develop functionality and administer the system. Continuously learn, implement, and optimize AI-driven strategies in content creation, imagery, and all feasible marketing avenues.
Responsibilities:
- Successful candidates will have the right balance of experience, skill sets and ability to contribute across many marketing initiatives—understanding B2B marketing, journeys, content development, metrics, UX/UI and project management. Manage or support customer facing processes such as, but not limited to, printing, websites, collateral creation, marketing campaigns.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, website, PIM, CMS).
- Coordinates with marketing, IT, and vendors to overcome technical challenges in displaying content.
- Writes, reviews, reorganizes, migrates or recreates existing, refreshed, and new content, publishes content on company website and blogs, and edits and revises content as necessary.
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
- Understanding of Sales processes for B2B industrial manufacturing selling through distributors with competency to translate processes into SFA or CRM.
- Monitor and maintain product data quality within the product, pricing and marketing database.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
- Execute projects with the team to create content.
- Work with outside vendors to supplement the work as needed.
- Lead organizational improvements to processes and systems.
- Other job responsibilities will be assigned by management as required and as appropriate to the position.
- At times, weekend work may be required to accomplish all tasks on-time and/or to complete work related to competing priorities.
- Travel: Limited, at most.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems (Pardot preferred) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
- CMS & PIM systems and website platforms (Sitefinity preferred).
- Salesforce experience. Administrator certification would be a plus.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices.
- Bonus skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Open-source websites, process mapping
Experience/Education:
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Experience building product pages, optimizing the conversion paths on those pages, and using dynamic calls-to-action for buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.
