Position Purpose
The Help Desk Technician's role is to ensure the inventory of Child Inc's technology is in proper working order and that the employees of Child Inc can operate that technology properly. Responsibilities include inventory of all technology, assignment of technology to employees, distribution of software, passwords, and user codes to all employees. The HDT will develop and deliver training to New Hires and all Child Inc employees on proper use of all technology and platforms used on those technologies. The HDT will also be tasked with the management of the company wide phone system.
Minimum Qualifications:

Associates degree or Certification in computer science or related field preferred.

Experience of 2 years of working in computer operations.

Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working with diverse population both in the community and administrative staff.

Must pass all criminal history background checks.
