We sell our products both through professional health care offices and directly to consumers both on-line and in stores and are looking for the right individual to help us significantly expand the network of individual dental offices and small group practices stocking and/or referring ProBiora Health (PBH) products to their entire patient base.

Summary of Position:
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for outbound calls to leads, prospects and former and existing ProBiora Health customers to educate, sell and grow revenue. The ideal candidate is self-driven, goal-oriented and passionate about sales and customer interaction. The compensation for this position consists of a base salary plus commission, with earning potential between $55,000 and $100,000+. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Achieve assigned sales goals within your accounts/defined territory by using customer target lists, HubSpot (CRM system) information and product knowledge to meet customer needs and overcome objections
o Build strong sales relationships with Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Dental Team Members and Medical Specialists
o Gain and maintain a full understanding of the science and clinical significance behind the ProBiora3® product line and be able to communicate this effectively to all healthcare professionals
o Effectively and continuously support dental in-office merchandising/patient sales
o Cultivate successful partnerships with internal marketing and educational teams to efficiently maximize sales
§ Recognize the benefit and achieve the performance standards established, including but not limited to, calls/day, follow-up emails, on-the-spot sales, overall sales revenue and lead generation
§ Responds timely and efficiently to all inquiries/requests
§ Closes sales on the phone with targeted customers to ensure placement of ProBiora Health products
§ Enters orders as needed in an accurate and timely manner
§ Uses HubSpot for all customer interactions, i.e. calls, emails, orders, tasks, meetings, follow-up to customer interactions, etc.
§ Understand and recommend the right promotional tactics to optimize sales
§ Understand competitors and provide timely information on competitive activities, particularly pricing, new products, market penetration and marketing tactics
§ Takes initiative to develop skills by staying current on industry trends, product knowledge and new company developments
§ Conveys to management sales analysis, market analysis, customer feedback, problems, interests, etc.
§ Evaluates information to determine if feedback constitutes a complaint and transfers product complaint to customer service
§ Inside sales responsibilities will be assessed and re-evaluated routinely
§ Complete all administrative duties as per company policies

§ 3+ years of documented and continued sales success in outbound sales activity is preferred

§ Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve targeted goals
§ Responsiveness and commitment to focused, personalized care when interacting with internal and external customers
§ Ability to build relationships with gatekeepers to further establish direct connections with healthcare professionals
§ Understands the use of HubSpot sales enablement tools
§ Dental or Medical Sales experience preferred
§ Ownership of responsibilities; proactively communicate the needs of, manage and improve all areas related to these responsibilities
§ Handle multiple activities and work with virtual teams comprised of various ProBiora Health team members of all levels to deliver results
§ Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
§ Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills (virtual and in-person)
§ Ability to quickly learn new concepts and processes
§ Dependable, punctual, and reliable with high integrity

Compensation – base salary of $55,000 + commission - earning potential $100,000+; commensurate with skill set, level of experience
