Looking for an individual with excellent customer skills and works well in leading the front-end staff. Needs to be able to put Cafe as number one priority while on the clock.
Good money handling skills, able to multi-task and attention to detail.
Monday - Friday, no weekends or Holidays. Typically, 3 days a week 35-40 hrs.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and resolving inquiries.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and freshness of products.
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe area.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in cash handling
- Experience in food service or restaurant industry
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
