**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain quality standards by performing inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures of incoming materials, parts, and components. The candidate will also perform work to return to service the maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations performed under operations specifications.
**Duties:**
- Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies, or finished company products according to well-defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical, and/ or electrical measurements. Entry and update of receiving log.
- Inspect and test system and components; by using various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids appropriate for the electronic part being inspected; note discrepancies.
- Verifies specifications and inspects using various inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools appropriate for the work being performed and approved for return to service.
- Complete and issue Purchase Item Specification (PIS) form for the first article, approved parts and amended. Update the log with approved parts information.
- Complete FAA Form 8130-3 as required.
- Maintain all controlled document files in an accurate manner.
- Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing results as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding any corrective action reports.
- Ensure vendor audits are current.
- Other tasks may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Prefer 3-5 years Part 145 repairman experience or A&P Certificate
Analyzing Information, Reporting Results, Documentation Skills, Promoting Process Improvement, Safety Management, Managing Processes, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Supports Innovation.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $66,500.00 per year
