Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in implementing and managing marketing initiatives that span both analytical and creative disciplines. This position demands a balance of creative flair and analytical rigor, as responsibilities include everything from data-driven campaign management to creative content production and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Maintain database management tasks, ensuring high levels of data quality and integrity.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic decisions.
Digital and Print Marketing:
- Manage the creation of digital content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and the company website.
- Design and produce print materials such as brochures, flyers, and event banners.
- Optimize digital content following SEO best practices and maintain regular updates on the company’s website.
Event Coordination and Photography:
- Organize and oversee corporate events, handling logistics from planning to execution.
- Photograph events and other marketing activities to ensure high-quality visuals for use in both digital and print media.
- Support the production and enhancement of virtual events, such as webinars.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to develop integrated marketing strategies.
- Assist in crafting internal communications to keep staff aligned with marketing objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, helping streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a solid foundation in both analytical tasks and creative design.
- Strong skills in graphic design and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in digital photography and photo editing is a significant plus.
- Proficient in managing social media, SEO, content management systems (Hubspot) (Wordpress), and marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
