- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Must work in-office Monday through Friday.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, primarily Word, Excel and Outlook. (Candidates will be tested for proficiency.)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a recruiter.
- Job Analysis and Requisition: Identifying the hiring need, defining the job role, and creating a detailed job description.
- Sourcing: Actively searching for and attracting potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and fit for the role.
- Interviewing: Conducting interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. This can include phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Selection: Collaborating with hiring managers and team members to evaluate candidates and select the best fit for the position.
- Proven ability to work on a variety of roles at once; experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects.
- Demonstrated track record of success in candidate placements.
- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Ability to work well independently and without much oversight, balanced with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, fluid environment where things can change quickly.
- Organized, operationally astute and data-oriented.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting in the government contracting space.
- Technical recruiting experience strongly preferred; strong network of technical professionals and industry contacts.
- Experience recruiting for Key Personnel positions relative to proposal process.
- Review client position responsibilities and skills requirements to understand the staffing needs of the client.
- Prepare job descriptions in accordance with client’s position responsibilities and skills requirements and post jobs on various online platforms.
- Craft and send recruiting emails to potential candidates; promote the SteerBridge brand when reaching out to candidates on various platforms.
- Review and appraise applicant resume against job description and recommend qualified candidates to Recruiter.
- Responsible for candidate intake, creating candidate record in internal tracking system and maintaining data integrity of internal tracking system.
- Develop a pipeline of talent through multiple sourcing channels for current roles and future hiring needs; recommend and drive improvements of talent pipeline.
- Effectively manage multiple requisitions simultaneously; work across varying technical skills for multiple requisitions and prioritize workload based on business and client needs.
- Keep track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and report on them.
- Provide support of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed and directed by Head of Recruiting.
A salary commensurate with experience will be offered.
