Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient administrative support.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Maintain office policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and administrative procedures
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
