Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary contact for customers of Caldwell Tree Care and works to resolve a variety of Sales, Marketing, and Customer issues through effective prioritization and engagement with Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and other internal departments. The position also serves as a support to the Sales team with customer follow-up and close out of proposed work and identifies improvements for the overall customer experience.
Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls and emails to triage customers’ needs and book sales estimate appointments.
- Handle large volume of calls and tracking metrics around appointment setting.
- Support the sales team with proposal development, follow-up, and support of closing the proposed work.
- Provide light sales and marketing support with active campaigns through outbound calls to generate appointment opportunities for sales through calls to prospects and previous customers.
- Interfaces with clients, Sales Representatives, Account Managers, and internal departments; and assists in resolving client related administrative issues.
- Identifies delays or problem areas and suggests solutions for resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Will consider all experience and skills in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of experience as a customer service representative working in a call center to book appointments, inside sales support, marketing or sales experience, executive assistant, and/or a track record of over-achieving a quota.
- Self-started, resourceful, problem solver
- Clear communicator with persuasive speaking skills
- A passion for representing the company and a desire to support the company’s growth.
- Impeccable customer service and high emotional intelligence to maintain a positive attitude and have patience when navigating customer’s needs.
- Ability to use multiple technology platforms including MS Office, CRM systems, and other administrative programs.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
