ROLE DESCRIPTION:
State Farm Insurance Agent- Alan Neal, located in Buffalo, TX is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Alan Neal - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, life and health insurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about State Farm insurance products
- Develop leads, make cold calls from internet leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Follow word tracks for best results and increased sales
- Willingness to learn and motivated to succeed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year insurance sales experience
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- People person
- Self-motivated
- Money motivated
- Goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
