General Summary:
The Program Management Analyst is responsible for the overall execution of Liquidity Services accounts from receipt of inventory to channel allocation and sales/recovery for the top retailers and manufacturers in the world. Program Management Analysts coordinate activities of multiple internal stakeholders and departments to ensure the highest level of recovery for LS and our partners. In addition, the Analyst will participate in process improvement projects to increase workflow efficiency and quality. The Analyst will gain on site experience learning at our full-service warehouses which will aid in their networking and understanding of our services offerings to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with LS full-service warehouses to facilitate timely and accurate receipt of inbound shipments

Allocate inventory to multiple sales channels (direct to consumer, auction, bulk/truckload) in line with overall account strategy, ensuring LS is achieving the highest levels of recovery on different marketplaces

Analyze key performance indicators to ensure account performance meets/exceeds growth, profitability and working capital targets

Produce regular and ad hoc reporting for senior leadership as well as automate and drive reporting efficiencies

Identify performance gaps and implement improvement efforts to increase recovery and margins, reduce poor performing sales and enhance overall efficiency within the process

Coordinate with LS’s Operations department to improve processes and services to support a variety of customer business segments

Education/ Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other related business fields

2+ years’ experience or recent graduate with related internship experience

Practical knowledge of supply chain/logistics issues and solutions
