RESPONSIBILITIES:
Line Positions (Salad Table, Grill, Roll-up and Expo), Prep and Dishwasher
- Prepare fresh food by following detailed recipe screens and prep the correct quantities according to daily prep sheets
- Proper use of recipe and order screens
- Must handle food safely when prepping and cooking
- Follow procedures and recipes on food items
- Retain menu and product knowledge
- Proper personal hygiene
- Maintain Health Department Standards throughout shift
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen, dish, and prep areas
- Shift side work to include opening and closing duties
- COMPETENCES:
Knowledge/ Skills/Abilities -
- Proper Knife Skills
- Ability to operate all necessary kitchen equipment
- Ability to follow recipe screens and adhere to proper prepping procedures
- Understanding and ability to follow order screens to execute correct, fresh food orders

WORK CONDITIONS/HOURS:
Work in a typical restaurant kitchen environment to include but not limited to: flattop and char grill, oven, slicer, mixer and food processor. Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
