**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in office management duties. **Duties:** - Answer and direct phone calls using the office phone system - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents - Assist in transcribing meeting minutes and other documents - Maintain computer literacy to handle various software applications - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations - Handle order entry tasks accurately - Assist in project coordination as needed **Skills:** - Proficiency in office management procedures - Strong clerical skills for organizing and managing paperwork - Ability to transcribe accurately from various sources - Computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite and other relevant software - Experience in administrative tasks to support daily operations - Skilled in clerical duties such as data entry and record keeping - Capable of coordinating projects effectively This position offers a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for administrative work and organizational tasks.
