As a Beauty Advisor for our company your main priority will be providing optimal customer experiences utilizing our selling behaviors, ensuring all transactions are completed and accurate, and keeping the store maintained to meet brand standards.
Primary Duties:
- 40% - Brand, bring customer experience to life by providing the optimal customer service while utilizing our brand selling behaviors, company sales directives, and Omni-channel. Support brand standards compliance in maintaining a good store appearance. Resolving customer service issues in a timely and skillful fashion.
- 25% - Operations, record all sales in POS and handle monetary transections such as sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Complete daily paperwork and reporting. Price merchandise, process back stoc, assist with shipment processing anf housekeeping duties.
- 25% - People, Working well with other members of staff to achieve common goals. Meeting needs of store by effectively assisting customers on a regular basis.
- 10% - Safety/Loss prevention, Compliance with and knowledge of all safety, loss prevention, and inventory control procedure. Compliance and Knowledge of HAZMAT.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 29 per week
