We are searching for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Will Call, Customer Service, and Social Media Engagement Associate here at Toolots. This position is a unique blend of responsibilities, including facilitating small parcel pick-ups in the will call area, processing orders in the customer service department, and actively engaging with customers to generate positive reviews on our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a knack for social media engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Will Call and Customer Service Duties:
o Manage the will call area by processing small parcel pick-up orders efficiently and accurately.
o Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service during pick-up transactions.
o Enter customer orders promptly and accurately into the system to ensure timely fulfillment.
o Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to address customer concerns and inquiries effectively.
2. Social Media Engagement:
o Actively engage with customers visiting the will call area to promote our social media presence and encourage them to leave reviews.
o Educate customers about our social media platforms and the importance of their feedback in shaping our business.
o Promptly respond to customer reviews and messages on social media platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
o Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to enhance our online presence.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing positive engagement and reviews on social media.
3. General Duties:
o Maintain a clean and organized will call area to ensure a positive customer experience.
o Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and confidentiality.
o Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Must speak English and Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or related roles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of social media marketing principles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Working Conditions: This position primarily operates in a warehouse and office environment. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting. The candidate may be exposed to moderate noise levels and varying temperatures. Flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate customer needs, including occasional evenings and weekends.
