Why we need you
When it comes to shaping the future and digitalization of the publishing industry, the best technology experts are needed. As part of our strong and innovative Operations team, you will be the central point of contact for Bookwire's national and international retail partners, both internally and externally. These include download stores, streaming platforms as well as publishing houses, service providers and distributors. Together with colleagues from Relations and Development, you will be responsible for connecting and subsequently supporting our retail partners. In the role of sub-project manager, you will manage the onboarding of new publishing customers together with the other specialist departments. You will meet the various technical requirements of the retail partners by designing appropriate solutions together with your colleagues from Development, thus ensuring that the digital publishing products are delivered smoothly at all times.
Your mission

You are the central interface between retail partners and internal departments such as Relations, Account Management and Development

You are responsible for monitoring and controlling digital deliveries to our retail partners

You coordinate the technical onboarding of new publishing customers in close cooperation with our Account Management departmentYou take over the technical connection of new sales partners to the Bookwire OS sales system after the contract has been signed

You support our retail partners in operational issues and design solutions for new system requirements

With your ideas, you contribute to the consistent further development and improvement of the Bookwire OS and are in close contact with our development department
Your background

You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the media industry or in project management

You have good analytical skills, strong process thinking and an independent way of working

You are tech-savvy, very strong in communication, have a friendly, confident and service-oriented demeanor towards customers and partners and have very good English skills

You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to take responsibility for projects and customer loyalty

You actively want to lend a hand and have the ability to keep an overview of things

You're able to work independently and as part of a dynamic global team, with a wide range of business stakeholders and have a strong collegiate mindset.

Your English skills are (written/verbal) excellent (native/non-native), with a second language as an advantage.
