.Position Summary:As a New Business Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by selling our Quality Inspection and other tkSCS services. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Selling (outside sales) Quality Inspection and other tkSCS services.
- Building a customer base in the Charleston region through cold calling and presentations.
- Maintaining an active list of potential accounts.
- Understanding customer needs and creating quotes and solutions.
- Researching local competitors and their offerings.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with the ability to conduct cold calls and manage your schedule.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong presentation and sales skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and quote creation tools.
- Previous experience in quality, manufacturing, or automotive assembly.
- Sales experience in staffing, manufacturing, or a service industry.
- Previous experience selling quality services and warehouse experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $50,000 per year.
- Uncapped commission structure paid quarterly.
