JOB SUMMARY:
Works with internal business partners and external resources to provide application systems that enable functional processes. Responsible for medium size projects and tasks and demonstrates a solid knowledge of functional processes and system application. Trouble shoots system and data problems and recommends appropriate action.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Percentages represent guidelines only; May vary by position and fluctuate due to changing business needs.
1. 40% Day to day support - Support current business systems including issue identification and resolution, functional performance monitoring and tuning and disaster recovery capability to meet business objectives leveraging both user feedback and internal metrics to drive improvement.
2. 30 % Analysis and design work - Analyze business requirements, develop design, manage configuration and integration, and conduct robust testing to support new system implementations, current system upgrades and business process changes and CI initiatives.
3. 10% Reports and Metrics - Extract and format data to support reporting and metric needs.
4. 10 % Project management – Development and coordination of medium projects or complex components for larger projects
5. 5 % Documentation and Training - Create and maintain documentation and conduct end user training. Educate users in workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by system.
6. 5 % Advanced Support - Support other team members by providing industry expertise on difficult and complex issues.
7. Supervisory Responsibilities: None
8. Responsibilities outside of normal business hours: Shared support, scheduled maintenance and disaster recovery assignments.

1. Order Management ( OM ) (05233)
Responsibilities: Acts as a consultant to other functional analysts and the user community to help implement the enterprise order management functionality. Researches and communicates to the broader team and customer community the newest functionality available within order management applications. Assists in identifying new potential areas of benefit for enterprise order management applications.
- Provides follow-up and post-implementation support to the user community to ensure success with the order management implementations.
- Understands business requirements to recommend and communicate potential areas of integration with other systems (ERP, CPQ, etc.) and IT teams from other business units.
- Supports day to day activities including on-call rotation and problem troubleshooting
