Customs Border Protection (CBP) Entry preparation and transmission duties:
- Receive and review documentation to input and transmit data for CBP release of shipments.
- Use product files for identification of HTS details on the commercial invoice.
- Organize the work area to identify the status of every file through every phase of the CBP entry process
Delivery of freight to customers:
- Track and trace shipments and coordinate with steamship lines, freight forwarders, Airline and CFS on the availability of imported shipments.
- Arrange with trucking companies the pick-up and delivery of freight.
- Coordinate with supervisors' delivery exceptions and special delivery instructions.
Basic Business Accounting:
- Billing after Entry is done to importer & oversea agent
- Billing after Delivery to the final destination
- Cordinate with Sales manger - Assist Sales Manager for basic billing
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating system and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Browser) along with strong keyboard skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in written format with internal and external customer(s).
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Work with utmost honesty and integrity.
- Effective time management skills.
- ITS Experienced is plus - Customs software experience - Not necessarily - Will Train
- Great Personality
- Must be able to work on Flexible Schedule - Weekend + 3
