Pay Philosophy: The typical starting compensation for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education and certifications. Depending on your skills and ability, the comp may include various ability for uncapped bonus earnings based on ability to close and production.

Qualifications:
- Previous employment in a sales representative role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers
- Illinois insurance licenses—or willingness to earn one asap—in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
Skills:
- Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills
- Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
- Effective time management - Organized – Coachable – Positive Attitude
Knowledge:
- Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
- Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base
