Nursing Scheduler
Full Time | Day Shift
** Pay rate between $17-20/hour ** (based on experience)

The Nursing Scheduler coordinates and performs the scheduling and payroll functions for the Riverside Lodge Assisted Living and Memory Care nursing department according to established guidelines and in accordance with state/federal regulations. The Nursing Scheduler performs clerical functions that support the nursing department and the facility and demonstrates the mission of Three Pillars and always upholds our customer service standards.
What will I do as the Nursing Scheduler?
- Scheduling staff for Riverside Lodge Assisted Living and Memory Care.

Maintain the master schedule and post schedules for nursing staff.

Orient new staff on use of Attendance Enterprise, attendance, call in protocol and pick up pay slips.

Utilize and maintain scheduling software.
- Collaborate with nursing management to provide staff training related to software as needed.

Serve as a liaison between software company and facility.

Take care of staff replacement due to PTO, illness, and work restrictions.

Approve/deny PTO for nursing department based on need, guidelines, and organizational policy.
- Coordinate use of agencies for temporary staff as needed.
- Orient or provide for facility orientation.

Approve invoices base on timesheets.

Communicate vacant positions to Director of Assisted Living/Memory Care.
- Process payroll for Riverside Lodge Assisted Living/Memory Care.
What is required in the Nursing Scheduler?
- High School diploma/GED

CNA Certification, preferred.

Able to read, write and verbally communication in English.

Assisted Living care scheduling experience, preferred.

Medical office or hospital experience considered.

Basic computer knowledge required.
- Ability to learn and use computer applications.
