Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Filter and "clean" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets
- Experience with Python programming language
- Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization
- Knowledge of Talend for ETL processes
- Proficiency in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automation tasks
- Ability to use Visio for process mapping
- Understanding of project management principles
- Experience in database design and management
- Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
