Job Description Summary
The Sr Culture and Engagement Consultant works collaboratively to develop the strategy for employee events and facilitates activities and programs to create a positive employee experience and increase employee engagement. Supports company culture initiatives and assists with the coordination of project plan management, internal and external presentations, and meetings and conferences by compiling data, creating materials and monitoring trends.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partners with the Director, Culture and Engagement to design and execute the strategy for internal employee events and activities to support cultural goals and increase engagement. Collaborates cross functionally to create programs and support initiatives to enhance the employee experience. Provides logistical and hands-on support for employee activities when needed.
Supports the Director, Culture and Engagement with execution of the company’s culture strategy. Tracks and maintains project plan milestones, cadence of critical touchpoints, key logistics and projects as needed.
Assists with the coordination of the Blue Plan HR Leadership Forum with survey management, document maintenance and creation of materials to support meetings and conferences.
Coordinates HR team engagement meetings and activities, as well as other programs, processes and projects as needed.
Required Education, Certifications and Experience
Associate Degree
Minimum of 5 years work experience in Human Resources or related field
Strong relationship management
Excellent program / project management skills with the ability to support multiple strategic and operational initiatives simultaneously.
Solution-oriented with an innovative mindset
Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.
Advanced MS Office and presentation development skills
Experience working with C-level executives.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting company culture and employee engagement initiatives
Experience working in or collaborating with Internal Communications in a corporate environment
Experience supporting or working on DEIB initiatives
Healthcare industry experience
