We are seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our growing team and provide in-clinic ABA therapy services to preschool-aged children (2-6 years old).
About the Position:
This is a full-time, on-site position with hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (client interaction typically occurs between 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM).
No evenings or weekends!
You will primarily utilize Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies to create effective programming for each child.
We are seeking a BCBA with a strong foundation and a willingness to learn and implement additional evidence-based assessments and practices, such as:
- Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
- Socially Savvy (SS)
- PEAK
- You will report directly to the Clinical Operations Manager (a BCBA!) and collaborate closely with on-site Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
- Strong understanding and application of ABA principles, including NET.
- Eagerness to learn and implement additional evidence-based assessments and practices (ESDM, SS, PEAK).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping children thrive.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis
- Department of Health License in the State of Massachusetts
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, presentation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills are required
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Providing direct 1:1 therapy to clients.
- Supervising Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Writing progress reports and submitting documentation to insurance companies (we'll provide comprehensive training!).
- Caregiver Training and Collaboration
- Prepare reports- VBMAPP Assessment and Evaluation Report, Summary Discharge, Insurance, etc.
- Conducts assessments on new clients and monitoring functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
- Utilize criterion-based assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS) and oversee VBMAPP Assessment/AFLS Assessment
- Effectively communicating with outside agencies/service providers
- Ability to communicate knowledge in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Ethical Standards in Behavior Analysis
- Evaluates new programs and check for effectiveness and trains appropriate staff on programs
- Attends related meetings to ensure consistency, accuracy, and that client's program is on target
- Intensive data taking and other duties as assigned
