POSITION SUMMARY The Associate of Quick Service, will execute the vision of the TIN Building through providing excellent guest service in a variety of functions. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides cross service to all Quick Service functions
- Completes food preparation assignments neatly, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Sets up Quick Service stations and replenishes displays neatly, including separation of allergens (nuts, wheat, etc.)
- Prepares necessary items by weighing, labeling, packaging, and serving product
- Complies with department policies including quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Operates a cash register and ensures accuracy of cash drops and authenticity of bills
- Must be able to maintain flexible schedule availability
- Performs other duties as required or assigned
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain organized in a fast paced, hands on environment
- Prior food service preferred
- Experience operating a cash register preferred
- Food Handling License preferred
- Intermediate computer skills
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must be passionate, entrepreneurial, and dedicated to success
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand for prolong periods of time
- Ability to operate equipment within the QSR departments
- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the store. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment
- Climbing steps regularly
The base pay range for this position is $16 per hour. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
