Job Overview:
As a Lead Installer in the restoration industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing on-site installations and ensuring high-quality workmanship. This position involves utilizing hand and power tools to fabricate and build according to blueprints and project requirements. The Lead Installer will be responsible for fixture installation and coordinating tasks on construction sites.
Required:
At least 2+ years of experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and equipment to fabricate and install various components.
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately to guide installation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively on construction sites.
- Conduct fixture installations with precision and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a maintenance person or restoration industry role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment for fabrication and installation tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints for accurate implementation.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members on construction sites.
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items, work in various positions, and maneuver equipment as needed.
