The Talent Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our Talent Team at Spring Fertility. The Talent Coordinator is responsible for supporting onboarding, orientation, as well as recruitment related functions such as evaluating resumes, scheduling and screening candidates, and creating offers.
- Assists in the onboarding process of new hires which may include partnering with other departments for proper set-up, processing pre-employment paperwork, data entry, document management, and escalating sensitive issues
- Collects, tracks and audits employee certifications, licenses, and immunizations at time of hire
- Assists with auditing completion of new hire onboarding and training as assigned
- Maintains electronic employee files
- Leads new hire orientation on a biweekly basis for all new hires at Spring
- Ensures new hires are set up for success for their first week
- Posts positions on the ATS system and across external job boards
- Reviews resumes, pre-screens applicants and schedules candidates for interviews with recruiters and other members of the Spring team
- Prepares offer letters
- Composes rejection letters for applicants/candidates who were not selected
- Works with department managers to craft or update job descriptions
- Communicates employee referrals to payroll to ensure proper processing
- Attends career/school job fairs representing Spring Fertility as assigned
- Maintains relationships with both internal and external resources to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Responsible for maintaining applicant tracking system
- Compiles weekly reports regarding the status of open positions
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local regulations concerning employment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years recruitment/recruitment coordination experience required, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, HRIS and ATS
- Strong commitment to protect confidential/sensitive information
This is a full-time non-exempt remote position with expectation to come into our Bay Area clinics when needed.
The salary range for this role is $25-30 an hour. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
