Job Description
The Issuing Solutions Digital Enablement team is seeking an outstanding Solutions Management Analyst candidate with the vision, passion and commitment to deliver on Visa's overall digital and mobile enablement strategy.
The Solutions Management Analyst position is an individual contributor role that will report to the Senior Director for Solutions Management Digital Enablement & Commercialization, who is responsible for product delivery, and organization and client readiness, and support. The Solutions Management Analyst will be an important member of the team responsible for enabling digital solutions specifically focusing on Visa's U.S. and Global issuers, group service providers, and third-party processor relationships. This position will be responsible for various types of projects, including program and release management, business analysis, and commercialization requirements associated with key product initiatives. This position involves working with cross-functional stakeholder teams to prioritize, define and drive quality deliverables.
This person will periodically serve as a liaison between the Technology, Project Management (PMO) and Product Management organizations within Visa for key product initiatives. They will manage, from inception through commercialization, assigned business programs. This position will be responsible for end-to-end product release management communication, and product documentation for internal and external consumption, including but not limited to service descriptions, implementation guides, process flows, and other product-related deliverables as required. This person will be required to develop and maintain detailed project plans, identify risks and issues, and work closely with their management and other counterparts to ensure on-time delivery with high quality, and accuracy for each assigned deliverable.
The ideal candidate must possess good critical thinking, problem solving, and organizational experience, with a desire to build product implementation, readiness and management skills. Additionally, some experience in project management and an understanding of software development life cycle will be ideal.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced
Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2
years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD,
MD)
- 1 to 3+ years' experience in project/program management, digital/mobile, or
product management/product development disciplines.
- Works on assignments of diverse scope where initiative and judgment are
required to identify a correct course of action within the context of broad goals
and long-term objectives. Work involves multiple domains within Visa.
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of assigned deliverables and managing
tasks for assigned programs or products.
- Represent the Product team for assigned initiatives to ensure Product-defined
requirements are met and delivered successfully.
- Good verbal, written, and presentation skills are required. In particular,
candidate will be expected to build proficiency in effectively communicating
business and technical issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels
internally and externally as needed.
- Some knowledge of developing detailed project plans and milestone dates is
required.
- Ability to delegate project tasks when appropriate, and manage multiple
concurrent assignments and dependencies.
- Must be able to understand, build subject matter expertise and represent
detailed product functionality associated with our digital solutions.
- Participates in the documentation and roll-out of new processes and
improvement to existing processes, where needed.
- Responsible for various program management artifacts including, but not
limited to, process flows, project plans, RACI documents, status reports and
other project documents, as needed.
- Ensures deliverables are in alignment with corporate and department goals.
- Interact with clients as needed to review product features, roadmaps,
marketing materials and other plans to promote growth and increase revenue.
- Monitor, track and report on the successful launch of product deliverables
associated with program and product management assignments.
- Responsible for the creation of assigned release documentation and
communicating to key stakeholders accordingly.
- Represent Product with account executives, account managers, and clients to
drive pilot programs, in-market tests and new product launches for assigned
programs.
- Experience in the area of successfully managing multiple and competing
priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence to build credibility within
Visa and with clients.
- Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 102,300.00 to 144,550.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
