Description: Provide direct behavior and program support to young female client. Training is provided for PSW of behavior training and client detail training. Client programing including working on coping skills, behavior management and outings with family. Responsible for collection data and filling our appropriate documentation per each shift.
Collaborate with client support team members and ensure that individuals exercise their rights and are treated with dignity and respect. Assist individuals with their activities of daily living (ADL), promoting independence including, but not limited too, household chores, recreational activities, physical fitness activities, grooming and dressing, money management and community integration. Know the whereabouts of individuals you are directly responsible for at all times. Attend training as required to continue skill development as necessary. Meet the needs of the individual served and their family/guardian(s). Report medical or behavioral concerns and accidents/incidents immediately to parent/guardian and program director. Report any and all allegations of individual abuse or neglect that is reported to0 or witnessed immediately to the Program Director and Office of Inspector General (OIG). Other duties assigned.
Hours: Full Time and Part Time Openings!
Compensation: Up to $26 per hour upon completion of required DSP and Behavior Intervention trainings
Location: Office is located in Naperville, IL. *Individuals being supported by the Behavior Support Staff will be determined at hire and are subject to change at the discretion of PremierCare Administration. Individuals served are primarily in Will, DuPage, Kane and Kendall Counties, with a few outside of these areas. Location of duties varies between client/family homes, in the community, the PremierCare office and other locations as assigned.
