The Team You’ll Work With
The Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs (MOIA) promotes the wellbeing of immigrant communities by
working on policies, programs, and community engagement strategies that facilitate successful
integration of immigrant New Yorkers into the civic, economic, and cultural life of the City. MOIA works
across a broad range of issues citywide and MOIA works closely with sister cities around the country to
advocate for immigration reform and share best practices.
The Problems You’ll Solve
MOIA seeks a Program and Contract Manager, who will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced work
environment. The Program and Contract Manager is responsible for managing a subset of MOIA
contracted vendors. This role is critical in the day-to-day management of programs and contracts as well
as long term development and improvement of service delivery.
In this role, the Program and Contract Manager will have key responsibilities including, but not limited
to:
- Oversee implementation and strategic development of service programs;
- Develop strong relationships and maintain regular communication with contracted vendors;
- Work to address vendor questions, concerns, and program support needs;
