Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, hotel, or custodial services and possess excellent leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices, floor care, and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach
