Away Staffing is a growing entrepreneurial staffing agency located on the Northwest side of Chicago. We are currently seeking a driven, self-motivated, customer service-oriented sales representative. Away Staffing ranked #2572 in the 2019 Inc 5000’s fastest growing companies in America. We grew by 160% in 2019, and want to continue to grow and impact manufacturing and IT in the Chicago land area. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the staffing industry and the desire to assist in growing our clientele base while the internal staff works to maintain excellent service for our current clients.
Impact:
One of the many reasons why there are 19,100 staffing agencies in the United States is once a staffing business scales, the service diminishes and is inconsistent. The sales representative allows management to focus on culture and service. A successful sales representative will pay close attention to client needs, environment, and requirements then communicate those specific needs to internal recruiters.
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities for manufacturing and IT staffing
Communicate with potential new business door to door, via email, and by phone
Cold call potential new business clients
Serve as a liaison between new manufacturing clients and Away Staffing recruiters
Effectively communicate the services provided by Away Staffing and what sets Away Staffing apart from other staffing agencies
Set and achieve agreed upon sales targets/goals
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience selling staffing
Proven track record of selling within the staffing industry
Attention to detail is a MUST
Positive attitude
Organizational skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
