Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant who is proficient in QuickBooks Online to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Online.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and related tax filings.
- Generate financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and organizing files.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Accounting or Office Administration are a plus.
