Responsibilities:

Program Management Support Services for the Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs to include:
-
Coordinate, distribute and maintain facsimile records, and program and operate speed dial on fax machines

Program and operate communication functions pertaining to copiers, oversee readiness of copier to include proper functionality
-
Submit monthly reports pertaining to copiers and other office equipment as appropriate
-
Maintain the calendar for the Associate Administrator and Deputy Associate Administrator (as directed), keeping the Associate Administrator and Deputy Associate Administrator informed of relevant organizational issues
-
Review documents for Associate Administrator’s and Deputy Associate Administrator’s signature, coordination or concurrence, for accuracy and completeness, conformance with style, format, or procedural requirements and guidelines.

Establish and maintain office files and databases

Coordinate and Process Foreign, Domestic, and Local Travel Requests
-
Operate Program Office Correspondence Centers to include:
-
Review correspondence materials for correct format and other requirements
-
Maintain status of correspondence, etc.

Congressional and Intergovernmental Affairs Support to include:
-
Creating, editing, designing PPT for NNSA program
-
Prepare and update Member of Congress bios
-
Coordinate congressional delegation and staff delegation
-
Briefing logistics – passing security clearances, etc
-
Legislative research
-
Organizing incoming correspondence
Qualifications:
-
BA/BS with 5 years of experience
-
OR
-
High school graduate with 9 years of experience
