As a Quality Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through various inspection and testing processes. ```Duties```
- Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Utilize coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and other measurement tools to verify product dimensions and specifications
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement process improvements
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and other relevant industry standards
- Fabricate test samples or prototypes as needed for quality testing purposes
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control roles
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines is preferred
- Proficiency in using coordinate measuring machines (CMM) or similar measurement tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or deviations from specifications
- Strong analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Knowledge of quality management systems and techniques
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
