**Job Description:**
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities within the painting industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships, understanding market trends, and driving revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial painting markets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the painting or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
