The Customer Service Representative reports directly to office manager and is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of the company. Duties include managing phone and e-mail communications, and follow-up calls. Fielding phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person, providing updates to patients, acting as the lead resource for administrative and secretarial support and maintaining office files both hard copy and electronic.
We prefer experience in the medical field, DME or Medical professionals. Experience working in a fast paced office environment and a candidate that can approach this position with strong management and organizational skills with responsibility and commitment.

Responsibilities:
- Primary duties include assisting customers, providing updates, inbound/outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination and scheduling and following up
- Create processes to ensure efficiency
- Computer work to ensure efficiency
- Organize work flow, verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorization • Work in collaboration with team to obtain all necessary documentations • Coordinate delivery and installation of equipment • Provide instruction to customers • Marketing skills • Follow-up processQualifications: • Bilingual candidates preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent or proficient computer skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Be a team player and well-spoken • Organization skills are absolutely necessary • Must be punctual and reliable
