In-Office Call Center Position (No Remote, No Work From Home)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and be proficient in data entry. Fluency in English is required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively
- Strong data entry skills for accurate record-keeping
- Previous experience in a call center is advantageous
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
We cannot accommodate other schedules or exceptions.
Compensation:
$45,000 - $75,000 per year (Starting: $850 - $1,500 /week)
$75,000 - $125,000 per year (Experienced)
The above salary range is typical for most individuals. Those with call center experience and/or fast learners will likely see increased compensation.
Paid Training:
We provide comprehensive in-office training. Your first week in office will be dedicated to learning and training with your team leader. Ongoing support and training will continue.
