Full-time Front Desk/ Office Assistant
Looking for a responsible, caring individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of those with special needs. Duties include but are not limited to, greeting clients, volunteers, and visitors, checking in clients, answering inquiries on the phone or in person, inputting information into medical record system, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, answering volunteer questions, and various office duties such as sending appointment reminders via email, cash and credit sales, processing annual client renewals, and using spreadsheets. Must have strong computer skills, experience working with people in person and be comfortable working in a casual environment with people with special needs.

Qualifications
· High school diploma or higher
· At least 1-2 years’ experience working in a medical office or related field would be an added advantage.
Pay
Negotiable based on experience and hours. Additional pay may be available for substitution hours on weekends. Volunteer time required to qualify for year end bonus.
