**Job Title:** Business Development Representative

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound calls / emails to potential customers to introduce our products, generate leads, and close deals
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and negotiate deals
- Negotiate directly with prospective buyers to take a deals from start to finish
**Experience:**
- Familiarity with outbound emailing / calling techniques and inside sales processes
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management
- Strong ability to market products effectively and close deals successfully
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Prior experience in sales is a plus
