Job Title: Replenishment Associate
Duties:
- Organize and stock shelves with new products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs
- Ensure products are properly labeled and priced
- Assist customers with locating items and answering product-related questions
- Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Organizational skills to keep track of inventory levels and maintain a tidy work environment
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory calculations
- Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred, but not required
