JOB SUMMARY:
Facilities Technician I will assist in maintaining the facilities and grounds for Holman Dealerships and Corporate Office areas so they are safe and attractive to employees and visitors.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Assists other technicians in all routine maintenance and repairs to buildings, furniture and furniture systems. Inspects interior and exterior of facilities to identify potential problems and take corrective action. Assist in general facilities tasks. This includes but is not limited to re-lamping lighting fixtures, power washing, minor plumbing repairs, minor door repairs, event set up/break down. Order and retrieve building maintenance supplies. Attend/complete required training (including on-line) and department meetings Regular and predictable attendance.

- Willing to learn fire safety, plumbing, minor electric, HVAC systems, OSHA and ADA regulations, and have the ability to identify unsafe facility conditions.
- Must be able to use hand and power tools.
- Must be capable of operation and maintenance of vehicles and lifts.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and vendors.
- Must be able to navigate Cherwell, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and multiple apps.
- Zero to three years’ experience.
