Provide instruction and support with personal hygiene and home cleanliness. Keep quantitative and qualitative data on assigned individuals and ensure required reports and forms are submitted on schedule. Identify natural supports for individual at community activities/functions, promote and facilitate integration, encourage independence to include work related and social activities. Follow Individual Service Plan (ISP), strategies, behavior, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy programs. Able to work independently, project a friendly and helpful attitude, ability to work under stressful situations, ability to assess problems and take action.
Starting wage depends on experience.
