Summary: Russ Darrow Group is searching for a Payroll Manager to drive our payroll processing for multiple dealerships! In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness. From managing payroll schedules to assisting with audits and reports, you’ll be an integral part of our management team.
Responsibilities

Manage a department of 5 employees

Handle payroll processing for our various dealerships

Assist in audits, reconciliations of accounts and generating reports

Maintaining employee earnings and deduction records in the payroll system

Research and answer general employee/manager questions concerning payroll and timekeeping
Requirements

Management experience leading a team of 3 or more

3-5 years of payroll experience

Dealership experience is helpful, but not required

Experience with Paycom preferred, but not required

Comprehensive knowledge of Excel

Team player and positive attitude

Excellent multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines with a strong work ethic
