Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of remodeling tasks, including demolition, foundation work, rough framing, carpentry, insulation installation, sheetrock installation, interior trim, and finish work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential remodeling and a demonstrated proficiency in multiple aspects of the remodeling process.
Responsibilities:
- Execute demolition, foundation work, rough framing, window installation, carpentry, insulation, sheetrock installation, interior trim/doors, and finish work according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to company cleanliness standards.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as needed to support the team and project objectives.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Remodeler or similar role, minimum 5 years
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience with blueprints and construction drawings
- Familiarity with various remodeling tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
