Position Summary
The position will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones and data entry for program tracking. Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-11:00am during the school year and 6:45am-9:45am during the summer.
Position Responsibilities
- Greet and direct all visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Answer telephones, provide general information, and refer callers to other staff or voicemail.
- Assist with building rentals.
- Data entry for program tracking.
- Collect membership fees.
- Work on special projects as directed.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years' reception or front office experience
- Friendly and outgoing with the ability to connect with a diverse group of people
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service background
- Efficient, organized, and resourceful with a strong attention to detail
