**Human Resources Manager** **Job Overview:** As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's goals and objectives. This position requires a strong background in areas such as PeopleSoft, senior leadership, process improvement, supervising, succession planning, negotiation, employee relations, organization design, program management, and budgeting. **Duties:** - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates - Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution - Lead performance management processes to ensure employees are motivated and engaged - Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Conduct compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitive packages are offered - Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives - Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies - Supervise HR staff and provide coaching and development opportunities **Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits - Experience in budgeting and financial management within an HR context - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders - Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving organizational goals - Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and organizational design changes - Proficiency in program management to drive HR initiatives forward This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and abilities.
