Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Intake Specialist with call center experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls from clients who require our restoration services. Your primary goal will be to gather essential information, provide exceptional customer service, and dispatch our teams efficiently to address our clients' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients experiencing emergencies.
- Gather accurate information from clients regarding their restoration needs, including the type and extent of damage, location, and contact details.
- Document all client interactions and service requests in our CRM system with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate with field technicians and dispatch teams to schedule appointments and ensure timely response to service requests.
- Provide clear and concise information to clients regarding our services, process, and next steps.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or additional needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced call center environment, preferably in a customer service or intake role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications for data entry and communication.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations with patience and composure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
