Ventegra is a fast paced, innovative virtual company. The Client Integration Specialist is responsible for overseeing the Ventegra Pharmacy Services Administration product which may also include our V340B and CMM products. Duties include, but is not limited to, presenting aspects of the PSA, V340B and MSA solutions to prospective clients, providing feedback for continuous improvement of PSA, V340B and MSA software and processes, ensuring compliance and system integrity, successful implementation of client on PSA, and implementing ongoing maintenance and quality control processes for clients.
Duties:
- Knowledge expert on claims processing systems which includes troubleshooting, supporting and training other departments
- Perform regular Client setup on the claims system, including but not limited to, the accuracy and maintenance of plan design, plan setup, copay structure, formulary setup
- Execute deliverables within implementation project plans across all business models, including identifying and resolving performance issues
- Perform regular audits on the claims system, including but not limited to, the accuracy and maintenance of plan design, plan setup, copay structure, formulary setup
- Continuous QC of system integration business processes and workflows for improvement
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of managed care, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, and/or healthcare experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently, yet be able to work cohesively within a team to achieve results
- Problem solving, data analytical skills, and flexibility to address each client’s specific issues, needs and challenges
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced, quick changing environment
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel required
- Microsoft Access knowledge preferred
- Certified Pharmacy Technician required
- Pharmacy retail experience preferred
