Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area in a professional setting.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain the lobby laundry area, including floors, furniture, and fixtures
- Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and sweep floors
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide directions as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Perform additional cleaning duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- 3 years Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks
Skills:
- Experience with dry cleaning procedures is a plus
- 3 years Background in hotel housekeeping is beneficial
- Ability to clean, launder, and maintain a tidy environment
